- Train AI systems on therapeutic concepts including sports, arts, music, relaxation techniques, and social engagement.
- Review and annotate AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy, empathy, and adherence to approved therapeutic methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert patient care scenarios into structured AI training data.
- Evaluate AI performance and recommend improvements to enhance understanding of therapy interventions and outcomes.
- Document findings and communicate therapeutic concepts clearly to technical stakeholders.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in recreational therapy to refine AI capabilities.
- Professional experience as a Recreational Therapist in clinical environments such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or nursing facilities.
- Strong expertise in therapy program planning, patient assessment, and activity modification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to observe, analyze, and document patient participation and outcomes.
- Experience developing individualized treatment plans.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Interest in integrating technology with healthcare to improve patient outcomes.
