Position: Patient Access Specialist - FT - Work From Home
[Patient Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $25 to $27-hr/ Health-Dental-Vision / 401(k) matching / PTO - As a Patient Access Specialist at The Latchlink, you will:
Manage a high volume of phone calls, emails, and other communication methods to provide excellent customer service to patients;
Utilize various computer programs and systems to accurately document patient information and verify insurance coverage;
Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care;
Collect and process patient payments and assist with financial inquiries and concerns;
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions;
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address any questions or concerns and provide necessary support;
