Pay: $51-$67 per clinical hour (based on experience) $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment required)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support and behavioral intervention services for children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy while collaborating with families, technicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support positive outcomes for clients.
This is a full-time hybrid position with:
- In-person:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - Remote:
Tuesday, Thursday - Hours are based on client services delivered.
- Assess client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention programs using ABA principles.
- Provide on-site supervision and guidance to therapy teams.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure successful outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing behavioral objectives and intervention recommendations.
- Conduct training workshops for families, schools, and therapy staff.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and supervision to behavioral technicians.
- Act as a primary point of contact between clients, families, and clinical staff.
- BCBA Certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
- Physical ability to perform activities such as lifting up to 40 lbs, squatting, kneeling, and assisting children when needed
Hybrid work schedule with both in-person and remote responsibilities
Position is location-specific with openings in Greeley, Yuma, and Trinidad
