Clean driving record and the ability to drive the community bus Part time position available, every other weekend required. Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience

Role

Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of the Connections program - the daily activities for our residents. You will ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well being.

Responsibilities:
  • Entering resident information in multiple systems
  • Collecting resident profiles and assisting the activity department with other help as needed
  • Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
Requirements:

High School Diploma (Required) Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field (Preferred) Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting (Preferred) Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver's license (Required) Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
