BCBA Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and passionate BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Lynbrook, New York. As a BCBA at Yellow Bus ABA, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and goal-oriented setting, providing direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, designing curriculum, and reporting progress to clients and families.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes
Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance
Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

Hold a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
BCBA certification
NYS LBA
Be adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Be committed to working full-time
Be able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children in achieving their goals and development
