Autism Residential Adults Program
Empower independence. Strengthen communities. Change lives. Join our Autism Residential Adults Program in Southborough or Needham, MA where we provide you with the essential resources, research and education to take your career to the next level. As a member of our Adult Services Team, you’ll:
- Provide instruction and care using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Provide job coaching to develop and build vocational skills
- Build positive relationships and celebrate every success
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized educational programs
- Teach and support skill development in areas such as:
Communication and social interaction Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene Vocational and pre-employment skills Adaptive physical education and self-preservation - Receive paid training and coaching
- Promote a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or enrollment in a 4-year program
- Compassion, patience and dedication to help autistic students who engage in challenging behaviors
- Valid Driver’s License with personal vehicle
- American Red Cross CPR (can be completed with us during your first 6 months)
- NECC CALM training Physical and Verbal De-escalation training
- Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
