Senior Director of Compliance Opportunity Description

We are in search of a Senior Director of Compliance for a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization looking to improve their regulatory compliance program. This is a REMOTE position preferably based in the central United States with less about 50% travel expected. Multi-site corporate compliance leadership experience is required A background in Medicare certified Home Health is a must. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered.

Hospice experience is a plus. We desire a hands-on, data-driven leader that has helped scale, buildout, structure, implement, and administer corporate compliance programs.

Senior Director of Compliance Requirements

• Current multi-site Regulatory Compliance leadership experience.
• Skilled Home Health and / or Hospice background.
• Expert in Medicare regulations, Pillars of Healthcare Compliance, and HIPPA rules.
• Compliance certifications preferred.
• M&A / Integration experience.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Senior Director of Compliance Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, standardize and lead organizational Compliance program across multiple offices.
• Travel as needed to individual locations to assess and implement programs or for corporate meetings.
• Guide and mentor branch leadership regarding compliance program administration and updates to regulations.

• Conduct internal audits for survey preparedness and assess risk, fraud, and legal compliance issues.

• Analyze EMR and other data points to look for areas of improvement.
