Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the clinical and operational functions of our ABA clinic in Charlotte, NC. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinic operations, ensuring high-quality ABA services, supervising clinical staff, and supporting positive outcomes for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with leadership, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, BHCOE quality standards, and funding source requirements while fostering a positive and supportive clinic culture.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA therapy services within the clinic
  • Conduct behavioral assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, and other standardized assessments
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and positive behavior support plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical team members
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and state regulations
  • Analyze treatment data and make evidence-based clinical decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Provide monthly educational opportunities and support for families/caregivers
  • Support staff development through training, feedback, and performance management
  • Utilize electronic medical records and practice management systems (Central Reach preferred)
  • Participate in leadership meetings and clinic development initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Active North Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Completion of the BACB 8-hour Supervision Course
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA
  • Experience in clinic-based and/or home-based ABA settings
  • Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs and clinical staff
  • Experience in a Clinical Director or leadership role
  • Experience using Central Reach or similar EMR/practice management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities
