Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health

At Columbia River Home Health, people and culture come first. We are growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who values autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. This role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work (your home + patient homes), and the ability to shape your caseload.

We are primarily hiring for Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with 10–20 hours/week, but full-time is available for candidates open to also covering Walla Walla. Very flexible and negotiable.

Compensation & Flexibility

  • $50–$75 per hour, depending on experience
  • Relocation reimbursement available for non-local candidates

  • Hybrid model: work from home for documentation + patient home visits
  • Choose part-time or expand to full-time with Walla Walla coverage

What You'll Do

  • Conduct in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families
  • Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings
  • Maintain clinical competency and best practices

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current WA SLP license
  • 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Current AHA BLS
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
