Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Home Health
At Columbia River Home Health, people and culture come first. We are growing and looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who values autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. This role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work (your home + patient homes), and the ability to shape your caseload.
We are primarily hiring for Tri-Cities (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with 10–20 hours/week, but full-time is available for candidates open to also covering Walla Walla. Very flexible and negotiable.
Compensation & Flexibility
- $50–$75 per hour, depending on experience
- Relocation reimbursement available for non-local candidates

- Hybrid model: work from home for documentation + patient home visits
- Choose part-time or expand to full-time with Walla Walla coverage

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive-communication needs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families
- Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate
- Participate in case conferences and team meetings
- Maintain clinical competency and best practices
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WA SLP license
- 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Current AHA BLS
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
