MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy is expanding our exceptional team of therapy professionals! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multi-disciplinary team and help us Reveal the Super in Every Child!
At MetroEHS we are excited about our patients’ growth and work to help all children graduate from services! This means you aren’t restricted to seeing patients based on a district’s specific limitations on minutes or type of services allowed. In pediatric private practice we can recommend seeing patients up to 5 times per week individually and can treat across the full scope of our discipline!

Your Impact
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy, you will:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Utilize play-based and culturally responsive interventions to engage children and foster communication skills.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers, equipping them with home-based techniques for continued progress.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded therapy approaches tailored to each child's needs.
- Maintain detailed clinical records and documentation as required.
- Participate in clinical meetings, professional development, and research opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or Clinical Fellow eligibility) AND/OR
- State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
Physical & Environmental Requirements
- Active & Engaged Work – Kneeling, bending and playing at ground level.
- Hands-On Support – Lifting up to 50+ lbs may be required.
- Quick Reflexes – Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
- Loud or Noisy Environments – Working with active children in dynamic settings.
- Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids – Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Monday–Friday, typically 9am-6pm or 8am-5pm. No nights or weekends
Compensation
- Annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
- Potential to earn additional compensation in productivity bonuses.
- Full-time Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 (paid in two installments, with a two-year commitment)
