Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBC) Therapist
Locations – Michigan (Must Live in Michigan > Remote in the State ):
Pediatric Therapy delivers home-based, clinic-based, and telehealth Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental or language delays.
The BCBA serves as the clinical lead responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment programs. This role requires strong clinical judgment, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards of care.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Design and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust programs based on client progress
- Collaborate with caregivers, directors, and interdisciplinary teams to align treatment goals
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and clinical staff
- Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to ABA best practices
- Maintain assigned caseload with required billable hours
- Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, progress reports, and documentation
- Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on client progress and changing needs
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Or Master’s degree with ABA coursework (BCBA eligibility preferred)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and ability to manage a caseload independently
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to step into higher-level management or supervisory functions when needed
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-centered environment
- Experience in pediatric therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or developmental disabilities
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (eligible for increased compensation)
- Experience with telehealth service delivery
