Teletherapist (Child, Family, Adult)

Full-time, Part-Time (minimum 7 sessions per week)

Licensure: Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in the state of Virginia (and eligible for credentialing with major insurance panels). Licenses in multiple states are encouraged.

MySpectrum offers outpatient counseling and coaching to children and adults across various spectra, including Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse Spectrum, Mental Health Spectrum, and Whole Life Spectrum. We seek skilled therapists who can engage clients virtually and who are passionate about innovative treatment approaches. Therapists who prefer not to build a private practice will find a steady stream of clients and income while focusing on clinical work.

Teletherapy platform: HIPAA‑compliant, integrated with an electronic health record. We handle credentialing, billing (bi‑weekly pay), marketing, and scheduling. You provide the clinical sessions.

The Teletherapist provides 45‑60 minute sessions via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform. Full‑time therapists handle approximately 30 client sessions per week, while part‑time therapists are hired for at least 7 sessions per week.
