We are seeking full‑time DC Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) and Licensed Graduate Social Workers (LGSWs) interested in gaining post‑graduate clinical experience. Paid supervision is included. We value clinicians who enjoy collaboration, bring a sense of humor to their work, and are committed to serving clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Maintain a caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates.
• Provide high‑quality, client‑centered care.
• Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
• Attend clinical meetings, trainings, and case consultation groups.

• Participate in community outreach, networking events, and presentations.
• Contribute content for social media and educational initiatives.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Active DC license, or license‑eligible, and able to practice under board‑approved supervision.
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Commitment to LGBTQIA affirming, culturally responsive care.
• Dedication to lifelong learning, cultural humility, and ethical practice.
