Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Soldotna & Homer, Alaska

Kenai Peninsula Mental Health is looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers for outpatient private practices in Soldotna and Homer, Alaska.

• Outpatient mental health role with clients across age groups presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life stressors.
• Primary clinical work: client sessions, documentation, scheduling, ensuring a dedicated space.
• Administrative staff handle billing, insurance, new‑client onboarding.
• Collaborate with counselors, therapists, social workers, and psychiatric providers in an environment that values clear communication and high clinical standards.
• Consultation and collaboration are encouraged.
• Use a modern, cloud‑based EHR system that is HIPAA compliant, efficient, and user‑friendly.
• Documentation is expected to be completed the same day, allowing clinicians to leave work at work.

We seek thoughtful, licensed clinical social workers who:

• Hold a valid LCSW license and are in good standing.
• Are comfortable working across age groups and with a variety of concerns.
• Complete documentation responsibly and on time.
• Treat clients and colleagues with professionalism and respect.
• Show accountability, consistency, and openness to feedback.

• Annual salary range: $110,000 – $165,000, commensurate with licensure, experience, and caseload.

Clinicians have real input into session days, hours, and time off. Minimum of 24 completed sessions per week. Most clinicians work a three‑to‑four‑day clinical week.
