We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health care team. You'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them regain independence and achieve their highest level of functional ability through personalized treatment plans. We serve clients of all ages across Middlesex County, including the towns of Concord, Lexington, Woburn, Bedford, Burlington, and nearby communities.

This role is a flexible, work from home and per-diem opportunity and requires travel to client's homes.

Responsibilities include evaluating patient conditions and developing customized treatment plans, restoring physical function and supporting patients with daily living and adaptive skills, delivering occupational therapy treatments in clients' homes, coordinating with families, caregivers, and the clinical care team to support recovery goals, accurately documenting care in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, educating patients and families on exercises and safety practices, and ensuring care delivery complies with Bright Star Care policies, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, current Massachusetts OT license in good standing, minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist (home health experience preferred), current CPR certification, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation, and ability to work independently and travel within assigned service area.
