Disability Services Professional
Do you have experience supporting people who are living with autism or developmental disabilities?
If so – you are encouraged to consider an available Independent Assessor position with Liberty Healthcare.
This role involves assessing individuals to determine eligibility for home and community-based services that promote greater independence and wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Leading virtual and in-person meetings with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism
- Speaking with family members, guardians, and caregivers
- Administering structured assessments
- Completing reports
Work setting & schedule options
- This is a field-based remote position which will primarily allow you to work from home
- Travel is required throughout Nampa, Canyon County, and nearby counties in Idaho (up to 25%)
- You may work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- You may also flex your schedule into the evening and weekends
- Traditional full-time schedules and flexible part-time schedules are offered
Compensation & benefits
- $50,000 a year
- Health, dental and vision insurance
- 30 days of paid time off annually for holidays, vacation, sick, and personal leave
- FSA, 401(k) plan, and mileage expense reimbursement for work related travel

Part-time employees can expect a prorated compensation rate with limited benefits.
Qualifications
- Professional or personal experience supporting people who are living with disabilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet goals with high degree of autonomy
- Bachelor's degree
Relevant work experience
You are encouraged to apply if you have worked as a Direct Support Professional, Case Manager, QIDP, Social Worker, Service Coordinator, Client Advocate, or Caseworker.
