Our Partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and family-centered team. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-home, clinic-based, and remote work, allowing flexibility while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. This organization emphasizes clinical excellence while minimizing administrative burden. Dedicated teams support scheduling, documentation review, billing, and staff training—allowing clinicians to focus on client care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles
- Oversee and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of therapy programs
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with families to support carryover of skills in the home environment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
- Hybrid work model with scheduled remote days
- Option for flexible scheduling, including 4-day workweeks
- Dedicated scheduling team to manage client appointments
- Quality assurance team to assist with documentation and compliance
- Billing team handles claims and reimbursement processes
