Our Partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and family-centered team. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-home, clinic-based, and remote work, allowing flexibility while delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles
Oversee and guide Behavior Technicians to ensure effective implementation of therapy programs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate closely with families to support carryover of skills in the home environment
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities

Work Schedule:

Hybrid work model with scheduled remote days

Required Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Bachelor's degree required

Experience supervising clinical staff or Behavior Technicians
