- Develop and oversee individualized, data driven treatment plans
- Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs

Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers - Partner with leadership to support clinical excellence and team culture
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing for at least 3 years
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to mentor RBTs and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
- Value ethical, client centered care over high volume caseloads
- Want clinical influence without excessive administrative work
- Enjoy mentoring and supporting other clinicians
