Work Type: 100% Remote (W‑2).

• Full‑time Salary: $65,000–$80,000

Charlie Health is hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists/Counselors to provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults. Positions are available as part‑time or full‑time W‑2.

• Part‑time:
  Minimum 12 hours/week; flexible scheduling.
• Full‑time: 40 hours/week; evening and Saturday availability required.

• Well versed and confident integrating multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus)
• Experienced with teens and young adults
• Passionate and skilled in group services
• Collaborative, creative, and engaging on video
• Available evenings to meet client needs
• Committed to self‑care and addressing rural mental health crisis

• Licensed or pre‑licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines welcome)
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience with youth/young adults highly preferred.
• Availability between 12–40 hours/week depending on part‑time or full‑time W‑2.
• Familiar with cloud‑based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.
