Pay & Incentives

• $36 to $40 per hour depending on related experience
• Bonus opportunity available
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $2,000 at 60 days
• $2,000 at 180 days

Schedule & Coverage

• Part time role averaging 16 hours per week
• Typically, 1 to 2 days per week
• Flexible scheduling between Monday and Friday

Coverage Area

• Toledo and surrounding areas
• Extends as far as Sandusky

On Call Expectations

• Limited on call responsibility
• Only required for ventilator equipment breakdowns

Location Requirement

• Must reside within 50 miles of Toledo, Ohio

Vehicle

• Personal vehicle required
• Mileage reimbursement provided

Overview

This is a flexible, part time field based clinical role.

• Conduct in home patient assessments
• Provide education on respiratory equipment and therapy
• Set up and adjust ventilators and oxygen therapy per physician orders
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
• Provide ongoing follow-up and patient support
• Respond to vent related service needs if required
• Maintain documentation of all patient interactions

Qualifications

• Active license based on role and state requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must live within 50 miles of service area

Preferred

• Home healthcare or respiratory equipment experience
• 1 plus year clinical experience
• Degree in respiratory therapy, nursing, or related field

Skills

• Strong patient communication and education
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Time management and scheduling flexibility
• Problem solving and equipment troubleshooting

Technical Requirements

• Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
• Email and digital documentation systems
• Standard office equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and transport equipment
• Travel to patient homes
• Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
• Exposure to patient environments and potential health risks
• Must comply with N95 fit testing requirements
