Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, Full-Time

We are so excited and honored to serve the Louisville and larger Boulder County Community in Colorado. We are looking for passionate and creative licensed therapists to join our team to continue our work to increase clients' access to quality mental health care!

As an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health in Louisville, Colorado, you'll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. Competitive compensation (hourly base pay plus commission) depending on training, licensing, and years of experience. Licensed annual earning range/potential: $73,000 - $80,000+.

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals

Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol, due within 48 hours of session conducted

Full-time status clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 clinical session hours per week

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

Contribute to a thriving team culture

Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field

Candidates are fully licensed to independently practice in the state of Colorado (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.)

Certifications and/or specialized trainings a plus, particularly EMDR

Candidates will have direct experience of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation

Required experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner

Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and adept in learning Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)

Pass a background check

Bilingual clinicians a plus!

This position is located in Louisville, Colorado

This role serves clients typically in person, with potential for some remote work at discretion of manager

This position will report to the location's Clinic Manager
