A remote contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services, providing supervision and support to elementary and middle school students. This role includes working remotely while collaborating with school-based teams to deliver effective speech therapy and oversee the clinical work of other SLPs or assistants.
Responsibilities:- Conduct telespeech therapy sessions with elementary and middle school students to address speech and language challenges.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to SLP clinicians or support staff delivering telespeech services.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure alignment with therapy goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Utilize telepractice technology effectively to engage students and monitor therapy outcomes.
- Support compliance with district and state speech-language service guidelines.
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience providing telespeech therapy in educational settings.
- Background working with elementary and middle school populations.
- Strong supervisory skills with ability to guide and support clinical staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with telepractice platforms and remote therapy delivery.
