In this versatile role, you actively shape our quality and safety standards and continuously develop yourself in a dynamic, regulated environment.

• QM & Dokumentenlenkung:
  You take over the updating, guidance and control of all our ISO-compliant documents (such as operating instructions, safety and hygiene documents as well as process descriptions) and keep the QM manual and all document management up to date.
• Beratung & Compliance:
  You competently advise the departments on the implementation of QM requirements and compliance guidelines. By consistently following up on measures (e.g. CAPAs), you ensure compliance with legal and normative requirements.
• Prozess- & Projektmanagement:
  You take responsibility in the department and independently manage QM-relevant projects. A focus lies here on the continuous development of our eQMS, including the evaluation and derivation of effective improvement measures.
• Audit- & Event-Support:
  You provide strong support in the organization and conduct of internal and external events and audits and manage the relevant documentation in your area.

You combine solid regulatory expertise with a structured working method and bring a pronounced passion for quality and occupational safety.

• Ausbildung:
  You have successfully completed a university degree in a technical, natural science, pharmaceutical or economic field or possess a comparable qualification with appropriate further education.
• Berufserfahrung:
  You bring several years of experience in quality management systems (QM) within a regulated environment.
• Fachkenntnisse & Regelwerke:
  Solid knowledge in the application of technical regulations (e.g. DIN EN ISO 13485, AMG, AMWHV, MPG, GMP, GDP, MDR) are required for this position.
• Sprachen & IT:
  You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills in writing and speaking. A confident use of the PC as well as a general IT affinity characterize you.
• Flexibilität & Mobilität:
  You enjoy supporting on-site and have the willingness for occasional business trips (less than 20%).
• Persönlichkeit:
  You convince with a structured, precise and analytical working method as well as a quick understanding of complex issues. You are a communicative team player who combines assertiveness with diplomatic finesse and a high safety mentality.
