• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients.
• Supervise, support, and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care.
• Review session notes and data taken by the client's team to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes; empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.

• Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work-from-home day in the next pay period.

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA Certification.
• Applicable license to practice within Georgia.
• 1+ year of experience as a BCBA.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
