Lead comprehensive training for OR nurses, Surgical Technicians, and Residents on product codes, needle anatomy, and material science.

Conversion & Implementation Strategy

Business & Operational Excellence

  • Value Analysis (VAC) Engagement:
Present clinical data and success metrics to hospital leadership to validate the financial and clinical move to Medtronic.
  • Territory Stabilization:
Provide elite-level coverage for territories in transition or vacancy to protect market share and maintain customer continuity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achieving timely completion of inventory swaps and staff training within the implementation window.
