Clinical Project Manager (CPM)
We are Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO dedicated to improving patient lives. We seek an experienced Clinical Project Manager to lead multiple projects across therapeutic areas, focusing on quality, cost, and time efficiency.
Responsibilities- Be accountable for multiple projects simultaneously.
- Work effectively across divisions to direct delivery of projects/programs within cost, time, and quality requirements.
- Ensure successful design, implementation, tracking, and revision of project plans for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with leadership in all functional areas on continuous development and improvement of business processes.
- Serve as liaison with Business Development and Bids/Contracts for client presentations and proposal development.
- Strong leadership, excellent judgment, and decision-making skills.
- Strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships in matrix organizations.
- Expert knowledge of project management principles and application.
- Skilled in process improvement, especially in clinical trials, clinical development, and project management.
- University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related health profession from an accredited institution, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum eight (8) years of clinical pharmaceutical industry experience, including demonstrated skills and competency in clinical project management tasks.
- Alternatively: more than five (5) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting and six (6) years of clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries.
- Experience managing Renal and/or Rare Renal studies is required.
Annual salary range for the United States: $ – $. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
