We are looking for dynamic part‑time and full‑time Physical Therapists for home based pediatric patients. This position pays up to $ salary and offers a competitive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan after three months of employment, 27 paid time off days and 10 paid holidays. Fee for service is available at $100.00 per 30‑minute session for independent contractors.

The option to cover caseload on weekends is available.

Our part‑time and full‑time positions offer therapists a personal driver to pick them up from their homes, carry them to cases, and return them home. Currently, we are the only agency in New York that offers this unique door‑to‑door car service.

The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, implementation, treatment and documentation of patient status for home care patients. The role supports the organization’s mission to provide the highest quality care by complying with regulatory guidelines, meeting agency standards, and obtaining appropriate certification.

• Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or both.
• Licensed in New York State as a Physical Therapist.
