Looking for a rewarding job that fits your busy college schedule? Join our home-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) program, where you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorders, helping them learn, grow, and thrive!
Perfect for you if you have experience working with kids — whether as a camp counselor, babysitter, parent, tutor, or in childcare.
What You’ll Do:
Provide in-home support to children using ABA therapy (training provided!)Build meaningful connections and celebrate small wins every dayWork as little as 5 hours/week or up to 40 hours/week — we’ll match your schedule!
We’re Looking For:
Energetic, compassionate individuals who love working with kids Reliable availability for at least 3 evenings/week (4–7pm)
What Will You Do?
As an ABA Technician at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion. This position will assess patient care needs, implement treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, continually reassess treatment plan according to patient care needs, and will implement behavior change procedures under the guidance of the Certified ABA Specialist.
The ABA Technician must demonstrate excellent customer service, be able to manage stressful situations, be able to work with others, have great organizational skills and ability to provide support and empathy as needed to children, adults, and families. The ABA Technician must be responsible, reliable, able to work independently, have exceptional problem-solving skills. Our ABA Technicians are driven to make an impact in the lives of those we serve and are motivated by the healing they witness first-hand each day.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish a positive working relationship with patients, parents and all other family members.
Maintain a positive relationship with assigned patients and their families.
Technicians must function as a member of the treatment team.
Understands the principles of behaviorally based programming and design.
Sustain a working knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through training and educational opportunities available within Pine Rest or individually.
Utilize processes in place for measuring patient behaviors.
Apply ABA processes for behavior modification.
What Does This Role Require?
Education/
Experience:
Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred
Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCABA) certification preferred.
