Position Details:
- Start date:
August 3rd for the 26/27 school year - Hours:
Part‑time and full‑time positions available - Grade levels: K‑12 students
- Compensation:
Starting at $50 per hour (commensurate with experience) - Location:
100% Remote

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings
- Use evidence‑based techniques and therapeutic activities to promote speech and language development
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes
- Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' speech and language needs
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Department of Education Speech‑Language Pathology Certificate
- Passionate about working with K‑12 students in a virtual setting
- Experience providing speech‑language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
- Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech‑language pathology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, parents, and school staff
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience in teletherapy (preferred)
- Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication systems and other assistive technology used in speech‑language therapy (preferred)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods and use a computer keyboard and mouse for typing and navigating software applications. The employee must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and lift or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
