100% remote, with oversight of telehealth and in‑person sessions in clinics and client homes. You will carry a real caseload, supervise RBTs and student analysts, run caregiver training, and facilitate social skills groups. Minimum 30 clinical hours per week; 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is the expectation, not the ceiling.

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Fluent in BST and caregiver‑mediated treatment
• Adapt your supervision to the person in front of you
• Pursue current evidence‑based practice independently
• Manage your time and documentation without being chased
• Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
• Passes background check

• $50–$55/hour for direct and indirect billable hours
