• Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Bonus Structure:
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses:
    Uncapped bonuses for impact.
  • Sign On Bonus:
    Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
  • Mentorship Bonuses:
    Bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master's in ABA.
  • Certification Bonuses:
    Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

• Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 assessment-related work-from-home days per year.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours.

• Training & Development: Participate in Dr. Greg Hanley’s Compassionate Care Training.

• Clinical Guidance: Guidance from the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team.

  Minimum 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house, additional funds for external training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
