Setting Options & Locations:
We are currently hiring for both Full-Time (35-40 hours/week) and Part-Time (minimum 8 hours/week) positions.
In-Home (Early Intervention):
We serve clients throughout the Inland Empire(Riverside & San Bernardino Counties) and San Diego County (including Central SD, North County, East County, and South Bay). Enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and lower caseloads (average 24-27 actual client contact hours/week for full-time). Your caseload is built within a radius around your home zip code.School-Based:
Great opportunities are available in various parts of Riverside, San Bernardino & San Diego Counties. These roles follow the school calendar with holidays and vacations off.Hybrid:

Top-Notch CF/RPE Support:
We welcome exceptional CF/RPE Speech-Language Pathologists! We provide double the Board-required supervision hours during your first 6 months (and extra hours as needed thereafter) to ensure you are fully supported as you begin your career.
Compensation & Benefits (W-2 Positions)
School-Based Pay: $60-68/hr doe (est. $84,600 - $95,880/year)
In-Home Pay: $65-80/visit hour (est. $88,140 - $108,480/year)
Specialty Increases:
Available for bilingual fluency (Spanish/English), Doctorates, Feeding Specialist certificates, or Hanen Certification.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid CA SLP License or CF/RPE Eligibility.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
