PsychMDs, our 501(c)(3) community mental health education non-profit, manages the NBHWC wellness coach training program and provides youth and family health and wellness education services.

Role Overview

The Education Operations Program Director will oversee MUUD Health's administrative operations and lead Sports

PsychMDs' educational and training initiatives. This dual role involves partnership outreach/networking and managing the Education Operations Division. The ideal candidate should possess significant leadership and grant writing experience, demonstrating exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

• Project Management
• Define Team Roadmaps and Tasks
• Synthesize Complex Material
• Regularly Meet with Company Leadership
• Education Program Development
• Research and Discover Partnership opportunities
• Build and nurture a community
• Create content and host focus groups

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent relevant experience in an academic or training development role for k-12 education.
• Startup Experience
• 3+ years Nonprofit experience
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to support a client-focused and team-driven environment.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels of responsibility
• Leadership experience with the ability to positively lead and operationally/administratively manage team members
• Proficiency in webcast and virtual event production technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

This is a part-time, remote position with hourly pay ($35-40) . The role requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to MUUD Health and Sports

PsychMDs' mission and values. This position reports directly to the MUUD Health CEO.
