Manage a high-volume of incoming calls and emails from patients and healthcare providers;
Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of patient care;
Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary co-payments and deductibles;
Update and maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all information;
Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns from patients and their families;
Assist in resolving billing and insurance issues to ensure patients receive accurate and timely statements;
