Position Overview:

As a Full-Time Clinical Data Abstractor, you will be responsible for abstracting and coding patient information from medical records to meet the requirements of various target registries.

• Minimum of 1 year of recent clinical data abstraction experience
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Maintain a 98% or higher IRR score
• Previous remote work experience preferred
• Available for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours monthly

• Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
• $32.00 Hourly
• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Overtime:
  Available as approved by management
• 100% remote
• Laptop provided for Carta abstraction
• Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks (80 hours) paid vacation annually

• Paid Holidays:
  Full-time hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year:
  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, paid at their regular hourly rate.
