Bryan, Texas | $90,000-$95,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus | Monday-Friday | Hybrid Schedule

About the Role

The Clinical Director serves as the clinical leader of the clinic, ensuring exceptional quality of care, strong staff development, and operational excellence. This individual will mentor BCBAs, oversee treatment planning, support hiring and training efforts, and ensure compliance with clinical best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs and clinical staff
• Oversee treatment plans, assessments, and clinical programming
• Conduct clinical quality reviews and observations
• Ensure timely completion of performance evaluations and competency assessments
• Participate in interviewing and hiring clinical staff
• Support onboarding and ongoing staff training
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Assist with intake evaluations and clinical recommendations
• Manage a small direct-service caseload
• Maintain high standards of ethical and evidence-based care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• BCBA certification in good standing
• Texas LBA or ability to obtain licensure
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a BCBA
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills
• Experience supervising clinical staff preferred
