Behavior Technician – Apex Therapy Services

Based in Trenton, MI, with travel to homes throughout Metro Detroit.

Title:

Behavior Technician, for Apex Therapy Services’ Autism Program. Full/part time:
Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time.

Provide home-based services for personalized interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that strive to support, celebrate, and empower the individuals we serve.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fingerprint and background check clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire.
• First aid/CPR certification (American Red Cross or similar) is preferred, but can be taught during training.
• QBS/Safety Care certification (Quality Behavior Solutions) is preferred, but not required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States or provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
