Pay Range and Compensation
$37.71 - $56.57. Actual pay rate will be based on experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Sign‑on bonus: $20,000.
Position Specifics- Department: Cardiology
- Core Function: Imaging
- Schedule: Full time, 36‑40 hrs/wk (flexible)
- Facility: St. Elizabeth's Hospital
- Location: O'Fallon, IL
- Associate’s degree in allied health, applied science, or completion of a certificate program required.
- Bachelor’s degree in allied health or applied sciences preferred.
- High school diploma/GED AND 5 years working as a sonographer may be considered in lieu of an associate’s degree.
- 2 years of cardiac sonography/ultrasound experience required.
- 7 years of sonography/ultrasound experience (with 2 years in cardiac) required if meeting education equivalency.
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from ARDMS OR Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) from CCI required.
- Specialty certification in adult or pediatric echocardiography preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
