Supporting the Concierge Department, the full-time Remote Concierge Representative will manage referral orders, perform order entry, and schedule patient appointments while working Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM CST.
Key responsibilities- Process orders received via fax or EMRs and perform accurate order entry
- Obtain necessary clinical records and manage scheduling queues efficiently
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while ensuring smooth exam entry
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient in data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; continuing education preferred
- Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly
- Strong professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
