Part-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Location:
Work from anywhere in Virginia (must be licensed in Virginia).
Schedule:
Part-Time. Preferred hours:
Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM; weekend availability a plus.
Target caseload: 15–22 sessions per week.
$65 per billable hour – LCSW, LPC (fully licensed).
$45 per billable hour – LMSW, LPC‑R (clinical supervision provided).

Consistent referrals and steady caseload flow.
Free clinical supervision (for LMSW & LPC‑R).

Optional opportunities to mentor or grow into leadership roles.
Work alongside PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and supportive clinical leadership.
What You’ll DoProvide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
Conduct intakes and develop client‑centered treatment plans.
Deliver culturally responsive, trauma‑informed care.
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

QualificationsActive Virginia license: LPC, LPC‑R, LCSW, or LMSW.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Experience serving children, teens, and families.
Trauma‑informed, culturally responsive approach.
Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
