Bilingual Teletherapist (child, family, adult)

Full-time, Part-Time (minimum of 7 sessions per week)

My Spectrum is seeking licensed providers in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LCP) who are bilingual in English and Spanish to provide teletherapy across Virginia and beyond. This position offers a home‑based practice with full support for credentialing, billing, marketing, and scheduling.

The Teletherapist provides therapy via a HIPAA‑compliant teletherapy platform in 45‑ to 60‑minute sessions. Full‑time caseload averages 30 client sessions per week, with part‑time availability of at least 7 sessions per week.

• Provide virtual therapy in 45‑ to 60‑minute blocks.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Contribute input on strategies, techniques, and services to benefit clients.
• Participate as a core member of the My Spectrum team.

• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LCP in Virginia; eligibility for credentialing with major insurance panels.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with diverse populations.

• Commitment to building a caseload over time; flexibility to remain with the company.
