Behavior Therapist

About the Role

ABA Provider Services is seeking a dynamic Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. The technician will implement Applied Behavior Analysis strategies to meet child goals.

Provide home-based individual therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA.

Implement strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis to meet child goals and objectives.

Work with caseload clustered in a geographic area of your choice throughout Connecticut (Norwalk, Stamford, Bridgeport, Waterbury, Bristol, New London, and New Haven).

The candidate must possess an Associate’s degree in human services or a related field or equivalent credits.

At least one of the following:
Experience with children with disabilities or developmental delays in settings such as ABA Behavioral Therapist, Behavioral Therapist, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Developmental Interventionist, Child Development Specialist, Assistant Teaching, Teaching Assistant, Teacher's Aide, Paraprofessional, Autism Services, Childcare, Educational Paraprofessional, Current School Paraprofessionals (after school hours - part time).
