Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Schertz-area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and earning potential up to $105K with bonus.
What you’ll want to know first:- $85,000–$95,000 base salary
- Bonus potential up to $10,000
