• Provide comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy across diverse patient populations.
• Develop individualized care plans and use motivational interviewing to drive patient engagement.
• Complete timely documentation of patient care and follow‑up tasks in Healthie (EMR) to support patient outcomes and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and care team members to ensure continuity of patient support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen skills and support career advancement.

• Advanced clinical judgment and independence in managing a variety of patient cases.
• Strong communication and counseling skills to build relationships and support long‑term engagement.
• Proficiency in internal systems, including Healthie (EMR), Hive (task management), and Google Workspace.
• Comfort working in a Mac‑based environment, with strong general computer literacy.
• Adaptability and professionalism in balancing patient care, administrative tasks, and professional development.

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• Licensed in WA.
• Outpatient MNT experience preferred, but driven new grads are welcome.
