As a BCBA, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism achieve meaningful progress through individualized, evidence-based ABA services.
- Develop, oversee, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Analyze client data and make programming adjustments to support progress
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Conduct caregiver training and support families throughout treatment
- Complete progress reports and clinical documentation
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, and other clinical evaluations
- Perform initial assessments and treatment plan development for new clients
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure exceptional outcomes
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Must reside within commuting distance of New Bern, NC
- North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
- Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based care
