At Well Qor, you'll help your clients overcome anxiety, deal with grief, forge better relationships with their families, and be the best versions of themselves. You'll make a real, tangible difference in the lives of others, and feel good about the way you bring joy to the lives of others. And you won't have to do it alone. We follow a care-team treatment model, which means clinicians are assigned to teams which they can connect with and consult for advice, institutional knowledge, and continued feedback.

Clinicians collaborate with our Clinical Directors to develop treatment plans and obtain valuable feedback to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. You will define your own availability, make your own schedules, and work according to your lifestyle. Some Well Qor therapists work part time, and others carry full caseloads. Whatever your lifestyle demands, we're here to meet you where you're at.

Well Qor Telehealth Clinical Therapist

Reports to:

Clinical Director / Lead Psychologist

Requirements:

• LPCC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, PsyD or equivalent licensed to practice independently.
• Empanelment / Participation with commercial insurance plans helpful but not required
• Strong computer skills and comfort using mobile devices and electronic medical records systems for patient charting and communication

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions with clients
• Typical issues that your patients may face include: adjustment issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, grief, behavioral issues PTSD, substance abuse
• Enter and maintain appropriate documentation in Well Qor's, easy to use web based EHR system according to company guidelines.
• Utilize our unique Well Qor Clinician Connect™ platform to share ideas with and obtain support from other Well Qor clinicians and leadership nationwide.

Compensation:
Well Qor Telehealth Therapists are paid by the billable hour and have the flexibility to take on the caseload that they're interested in carrying at any given time.
