• Provide support to project managers, assisting them in various project-related tasks.
• Coordinate instrument delivery projects, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of instruments to customers.
• Coordinate the implementation timelines for water, UPS, and compressor systems at project sites.

• Bachelor's Degree in field with preference for 1-2 years of experience.
• Previous experience in scheduling or project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all project-related activities.
• Proficiency in data entry and analysis, ensuring accurate and reliable project information.

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or MS Project is a plus, as it will contribute to efficient project planning and execution.

• Ability to travel Monday-Friday 10-20% nationally.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
