Join a leading clinician-led behavioral health company today! Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. OMH currently provides behavioral health services in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we've specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings.

OMH's flexible work options are designed to complement your professional and personal commitments, ensuring steady income and work satisfaction.

Work from or near Colorado locations. We will work with you to find the best fit based on your skills, interests, and location. Remote positions are also available.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in OMH's integrated care team, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. You will have the autonomy to tailor care for each patient, including scheduling and therapy types like individual, family, group, or psychological testing.

Schedule:

  • Create your own schedule, typically Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • No on-call duties; focus on patient care and documentation, with support handling billing and credentialing.
