Life Stance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidence-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults in outpatient settings, both in person and via telemedicine. We are seeking Licensed or License eligible Psychologists (EdD/PsyD/PhD) to offer services to clients in our outpatient group offices. Our practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, robust risk management support, and APA-approved continuing education in-house. We have talented support staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, enabling clinicians to focus on clinical work.
We may offer a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office and work in one of our office locations.

Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based psychological services to adults and/or children/adolescents with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, chronic stress, impulse-control issues, grief/loss, and related behavioral, social, and emotional challenges.
- Maintain a full caseload and participate in referrals and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows for additional compensation.
- Conduct and facilitate groups when appropriate.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary practice to support high-quality patient care.
- Work with a hybrid schedule that may include telehealth and office-based care.
- Licensed or license-eligible psychologist (EdD/PsyD/PhD) in the applicable state(s).
- Experience with evidence-based interventions for adults and/or children/adolescents.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

- Annual compensation estimates: $115,000–$147,000, based on productivity.
