We are looking for passionate, Arizona-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists who want the clinical freedom of a contractor role backed by the reputation and client-base of a premier local provider.
Competitive Contractor Compensation- Direct Therapy: $75.00 / hour
- Evaluations: $120.00 / hour
- SLPA Supervision: $8.00 / hour (for every hour of direct/indirect supervision provided)

Incentives:
Earn additional income by mentoring the next generation of SLPAs.
- Assess & Evaluate:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency. - Tailored Therapy:
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for children (Birth to 21). - Collaborate:
Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure progress carries over into the home. - Mentor:
Provide high-quality supervision to SLPAs, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance. - Documentation:
Maintain accurate, timely session notes and evaluation reports via our streamlined systems.
- Education:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. - Licensure:
Current Arizona SLP License and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). - Experience:
Previous experience in pediatric home health or clinic settings preferred. - Mobility:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home-based services. - Moodset: A collaborative spirit and a passion for serving the developmental disability community.
